Best Places to Work in Saudi Arabia for 2024

JEDDAH - Saudia Technic, acknowledged as a leading service provider for aircraft Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) in the Middle East, made a remarkable achievement by gaining the "Best Places to Work in Saudi Arabia" certification for 2024. 

This achievement serves as a catalyst for the company to continue prioritizing an encouraging and rewarding work environment for its employees.

The company received this certification from the prestigious global program "Best Places to Work," which identifies the most preferred workplaces. This was determined through several procedures, including sending a comprehensive survey via email to Saudia Technic employees. These surveys were conducted with utmost confidentiality and transparency, covering various aspects such as employee satisfaction levels, work culture, benefits, and the effectiveness of the overall work environment across all company facilities. 

In his remarks on this achievement, Captain Fahd Cynndy, the CEO of Saudia Technic, stated that: “Achieving recognition as one of the Best Places to Work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a significant milestone for Saudia Technic. It is noteworthy that Saudia Technic, a subsidiary of Saudia Group, provides a wide range of maintenance services for all types of aircraft, both commercial and military, and adheres to the highest international standards in aviation safety. 

Its Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Village, which is located at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah, is considered as the largest in the Middle East and North Africa, spanning an area of approximately one million square meters. 

Furthermore, at the end of 2023, Saudia Technic achieved a significant milestone when the Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) signed an agreement to invest in the company with the aim of transforming it into a national MRO champion by investing in infrastructure, boosting efficiency and capturing market growth in Saudi Arabia over the next decade.
